Oregon Unemployment Department, Carr v. Yesmail

On October 1, 2008, Yesmail and I parted ways. The circumstances of the departure are the subject of these filings. These papers are presented so that you might know what to expect in the unemployment claim process if you disagree with their decision. My one main recommendation is be careful to remember what is said at any final meeting and make sure you never say 'I quit' or anything like that. Make sure that they end the meeting and that you remember what they say as best you can.
