Note: This Order is as received from the court except that all identifying information for my wife has been replaced with her first name, Karyn, as the normal references on my web pages are to first name only. Other identifying information has been XXXXX out.

Hand written form entries are shown in italics. The signature block on the second page has an actual image of the 'decision'. The original which was retained by the court was quite legible, but the copy I received was not quite as clear as the image shown (the scan was darkened for improved legibility).

The actual scanned text (slower to download and harder to search and read) is also available. The image quality is quite poor, but the copy I received was very poor quality.
