Each document that I receive from the courts' CM/ECF system comes with an email like this. The link below, 71, takes you to PACER where I can retrieve the document one time only for free. If you press the link (now used) it will take you to the PACER system where you can retrieve the document for 8 cents a page (but first you have to sign up and give them your credit card). So it is cheaper for me to get the document and share. I have set the link above (71) to point to the pdf file which I retrieved. It is a scanned in text from the court of appeals and so is hard to read and slow to download. I am including this email as it has all the relevant information and is easier to read to boot.
